Project Manager
Has the sole responsibility of ensuring the work which involves arranging offers, conducting discussions with the customers to get the orders and co-coordinating with the sub ordinate for the completion of pending work in the site premises within the schedule period.
Managers
Our Manager allots suitable duties to the supporting officers, supervises the loading site and monitors unloading of goods.
The goal is to manage the entire cycle of work so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
We have a dedicated team of officials in our concern who are deputed to engage man power for tasks like materials shifting, tower assembly & erection in various sites of India.
Their basic educational qualifications are B.E [Mechanical Engineering] or Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
They have vast experience in erection and assembly of wind electric generators.
They can strategically plan and manage Logistics, Transportation and Customer services.
They can optimize and coordinate full order cycles and negotiate with consumers and suppliers with confidence and efficiency.
They keep track of quality, quantity of machinery, plan and execute prompt delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
They are a great asset in arranging catalog goods, planning routes and processing shipments.
They are very capable and fast in resolving any problems or complaints.
They also supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.

Supervisors
Supervisors are ITI holders and their major tasks are assembling & erecting wind electric generators in various sites in India.
Site supervisor manage, from loading point to unloading point.
They are engaged to provide suitable vehicles and secure equipment for each load to be carried and to ensure that drivers and loading staff are competent and have received sufficient and correct instructions, regarding their work schedule.
Drivers
It is the driver’s duty to check and ensure that the load is adequately secured right from the time of starting till the end of the journey.
Loading and unloading are carried out by trained staff members who are well aware of the risks involved.
Drivers should also be aware of the additional risk of the load, or part of the load moving when the vehicle is being driven. This applies to all vehicles and to all types of load.
The driver is totally responsible for the load carried on their vehicle, whether or not they were involved in securing the load.
